Moon • Sun • Fire

Traditional Hatha Yoga

Rooted in the Sri Vidya lineage, Traditional Hatha Yoga works with the principles of Moon, Sun and Fire, while exploring the five vital energies of the body Apana, Samana, Prana, Vyana and Udana Vayu.
This is a complete practice integrating asana, pranayama and meditation, with an emphasis on cultivating stability of the mind and vitality of the body. Some postures are intentionally held for longer periods—not simply to challenge the body, but to bring the patterns and reactivity of the lower mind to the surface, giving us an opportunity to observe and transform them.

Each practice has a different quality:

Moon — grounding, balancing and inward. A supportive place to begin, especially when you notice reactivity, imbalance, or challenges with digestion and elimination.

Sun — activating, strengthening and energizing. A natural progression as you build stability and vitality.

Fire — intense, transformative and deeply activating. The practice works with inner fire to burn through limiting patterns and cultivate greater clarity and power.

Move through the practices according to what you need, while allowing Moon → Sun → Fire to guide your progression.

Expect to leave your practice feeling grounded, vibrant and centered.

Yin Yoga

Yin is a slow, meditative practice where postures are held for longer periods, allowing the body and mind to gradually soften and transform. Beyond physical release, Yin offers an opportunity to meet sensation, discomfort and the patterns of the mind with stillness, curiosity and equanimity.

Rather than trying to escape discomfort, we learn to stay present with it without immediately reacting. Over time, this practice cultivates greater awareness, resilience and the capacity to remain grounded through life’s changing experiences.

A beautiful practice for slowing down, unwinding and returning to a deeper sense of balance.

All levels welcome.
